Not dependable in regards to days for delivery. Pay a premium and they falter more often than delivering on time. They set the days, offer no guarantee, pay a premium price and then boom they fail. Please sell this disfunctioning government mess to UPS or FedX

Pony express could deliver it faster

I mailed a very important letter by certified mail on 03/24/2021. It was a waste of money because this tracking is impossible to. verify the location of the letter. When i talked to customer service the representative had no clue either.

old program was 1000% better, gave lastest entry & easy detection of product.

Absolutely so upset and my sister too with this company. My sister that lives in Marietta /Atlanta Ga.put me a copied key to my car that I just back without the keys that was stolen in the mail Thursday that she paid for overnight delivery which was suppose to be to me in Augusta Ga by 3pm on Friday.Today is Sunday night and the key is still not here and the tracking # and all the postal people involved do not know where or when it will be here.Tracking # and them by computers says its still saying its still in process in Atlanta and in transit to its location.Not to mention I need the key to get my car of of the towing/storage that's costing me everyday. Terrible service-Do Not Recommend

I never receive my important mail even when they say it has been delivered!!!!!

I've had 2 express packages that haven't been delivered. I expressed them on March9

On April 1, 2021 I paid for 2 day delivery It is being delivered on April 5, 2021. Why call it 2 when it means 4 day? I who’ve been trying to be loyal to USPS - no more. Clerks are good

Mailed april 1st overnight its now april 4th still not there this tracking system is the worst i ever seen

Horrible... My package got sent to the famous Black Hole in Buffalo on Williams st. It weighs 10 ounces, It got there on the 1st of April. Its now the 4th and still in the Black Hole.. please shut down that office, nothing ever gets processed faster than 2 days there.. very incompetent USPS office

I sent a package to Freeville NY on March 26, 2021 it has been sitting in the Northwest Rochester NY Distribution Center since March 28th this is terrible.
