Paid for 2 way next day took over a week to reach destination now waiting on returning documents I don't understand why you advertise next day when it takes a week if you can't deliver what's offered don't say you can do it and take my money and in the end loosing me a deal and act like it's a hassle to get my shipping refund never again

Package sent from Columbia,sc for overnight. Only info is it left Columbia. Nothing about arriving in NY. Very poor!
