You pay for Priority and its one week later and still no packages!

My in route when it should have been there in 4 days today is the 10 day

Packages always take forever to get here. Your online tracker never updates correctly and my package will literally sit at a facility for days in another state when it's supposed to get here soon.

Always delivered safely & on time!

Every time I send something from this place never get on time I did pay 80 dollars they told me 2 days now I been 7 days no received yet bad place

The post office should be turn over to a contractor since your2day mail takes up to 5dayes to go 800 miles.fedex and ups has better service then usps for the cost

Always prefer usps

Send a letter cerified which was suppose to be there on Wednesday last week still in transit and paid 7dollars to get there and still has not arrived this is an on going issue with this post office mail

Pay $50 for a package to be delivered from Texas to Delaware and it's still in Texas start date 03/25/21

Haven't recived the package yet. I'm trading a squishmallow and I'm in Canada. Sent her package with Canada post and it arrived in 2 days. She sent hers off March 23rd and it's still sitting in NY after clearing customs on Friday. The delivery garuntee was 4 days. I'm in Ottawa and it's just sitting there. NY Buffalo, and Ottawa are so close, it's painful. Will not not allowing anyone to ship with this system again. Did you all just drop everything snd dip out? Lots of people saying their packages are stuck somewhere and we are all complaining towords the end of March....

I pay for 2 days delivery my envelope still delivery yet and I pay for that

I'd rate it a MINUS 10! I have 4 packages mailed. All 4 maps show its in Chicago. I know for a fact 1 package has been delivered, yet your info today says it's in Chicao. No details of any sort. Every time I submit a survey review 3 other names show up and the city they live in. It's a VIOLATION OF PRIVACY!

I Always have received great service, very friendly postal workers.
