My package was in Jackson, Ms. on March March 25. I only live 96 miles from Jackson, Ms. it’s March 29 and my package just left the Jackson facility today. Why did my package sit in the Jackson, Ms. facility for 4 days. I don’t know when I’ll get it ? I won’t buy anything else from the internet if it’s shipped USPS. It just takes too long !!

I did. Not place that order, where can I claim??

A letter was sent out in early Feb from Lansdale PA to Phila PA and the letter has not yet been received and it is now Marxh 30, kinda discouraging when alot of items these days are emailed and faxed and less items are actually being mailed through the postal service!!

You guarantee a delivery date and you charge a fee for it but you don't deliver that's criminal

My package was suppose to be at its location by 3pm and it's 7:55 and its still not here I paid extra to have it there on time

My pkg. mailed out March 18th, 2021, it went to Phila., PA the same day and has not left there according to tracking, and it is now the 29th of March. The destination is Smithville, TN I realize Covid illness is a factor but social distancing and wearing of masks need to be followed.

My package was never delivered!! I've been tracking it, it had the correct zip code then ALL OF A SUDDEN the zip code miraculously changed and then say insufficient address, then return to sender. And by the way... The sender never received the returned package. USPS are theives!! Wish I could give zero stars!

They did a bad job I was sent a package from Georgia to Germany it took about two months to get to Germany and between the time they t to deliver my package somehow they damage my package my ps4 is completely damage and they just return my package back to Georgia and if I can give a 0 out of 5 I would and they did not notify us that it was broke. Or give us any information on how we can do a claims on it so i am very upset

My post office is fabulous. While all my family members are complaining about their post offices I'm bragging about mine. Some employees that were wonderful have retired in 2020, but so far my post office has kept up with their good work!

You guys blow my mind. My buddy sends me a package over a week ago an it’s been sitting at your Sacramento Ca Facility for 8 days you guys are ridiculous tighten up ASAP
