Why would a package headed to Oklahoma go clear up north to Des Moines?

I been waiting on a package I paid for from Amazon including the shipping and handling with you guys and it’s not delivered yet. The date said March 5 but when I tracked it recently it said they didn’t deliver it bc of animal interference but yet no one blew a horn, tried to come bk, call me, or email me about the issue.. as if I didn’t spend my money or don’t want the package or my money bk. This is a huge issue to Me

I mailed a package 2 weeks ago and it still has not made it to where it was suppose to go. Wasbah In to Jackson Tn

This came 1 day earlier than it was supposed to go. The man at the post office was so pleasant and helpful, as I had one no off on the zip code, and kindly looked it up. My friend gave me the wrong zip code, I love this post office site, a small one, not the bigger and busier one. I enjoy going there when necessary and he even showed me a good way to mail my book, way to go usps.

Package arrived to location nearby on Monday 3/22 and is scheduled to be delivered on 3/30 .

My mail person doesn’t deliver packages. He marks “customer ask to hold or customer not home. Both aren’t true. I ask for my packages not be sent thru USPS but they still use them. I am waiting for another package and I’m sure I won;t get it on time. Also last 2 months I did not receive water bill. This month I received my credit card bill on the date it was due. December I didn’t get my phone. Really one star is more than USPS deserves.

Worst service, to believe they cannot deliver mail to the correct address or deliver a package on time. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. We pay their wages and more when we use their services.

My package I mail to my mother's house for my daughter didn't arrive today. But it's showing in tracking that it went out for delivery today. I hope it reach my mother's house tomorrow so my daughter came get her items I brought her.

Great place to go send mail and employees are great.

I sent a package certified on March 10th to Tucson az. Today is the 26th of march 2021 and it has not been received . Important timed documents . No one can tell me anything !!! Frustrated. I mailed it from Chalfont PA . Tracking shows it is still in Philadelphia. I cannot replace the important documents sent . Help
