Why am I paying first class for a padded envelope that takes a week to get there before it took three days

Tengo problemas con la entrega de los paquetes, ahora mismo ,he ido al correo tres veces, con mi papelito, y no aparece. No es la primera vez que me pasa. Paquete perdido.

USPS is awful. You people take our money, we pay for a three day delivery. You can't even make it in a week! I could have drove to WYOMING and home again before you people got it there! Package made from Wisconsin to Denver in less than 24 hrs. Sat in Denver for 3 days! FedEx from now on!

I sent an Envelope by Express mail guarantee next day delivery and its been four days and it still hasn't been delivered. I've check the tracking and I keep getting the same message. What ever happened to the US Postal service ?

Extremely bad service, I am very unhappy. My package did not even reach the destination after 10 days. It supposed to be the priority mail.
