USPS reviews

This postal service is not good. I sent a package out on the 6th of this month and it still never got to where it is going. Probably won't be using this again.

We have heard all of the horror stories about deliveries being late or lost, but we have had great results using USPS. Keep up the good work!

Would like an explanation my order was received by the town it is going to be delivered in for two days to find out this morning but was shipped to another town to be shipped back to where it just came from does this make any sense

Still very slow mail! Got my stimulus check 30 days after it was mailed. Get rid of DeJoy he is poor at management!!!

Mailed certified letter on the 4th and still isn't there on the 16th!!

Horrible my package went from Chicago to Miami to Jamaica to Honduras and now in New York and it's destination is Algeria. Obviously his birthday present is going to be really late. chocolates will be melted

I have a problem with the mailman that delivers my mail and I want to have my mailbox in front of my house not a mile away because when I get a package the mailman takes off the door to the mailbox and puta it inside. Anyone can come by and take my packages. Plus I have lost more the $500 dollars on orders I have made to distributors and the mailman never delivers them. Then he puts on his tracking system That the package was place in my mailbox. Right now I have a package that I need the post office to hold for me because the person that sent it wrote RR 2 1906 instead of 2906. I want my mailbox in front of my house plus this mailman has a very bad attitude and so does the Post Master in my town of Añasco, PR 00610. I want my mailbox in front of my house.

Worst customer service. They have the government mentality, ( Our customers don't matter. We get paid Whether we do or job or not.) I've switched all my billing to email billing. Because of the unreliable delivery standards. But sometimes I'm unfortunate. That is when, a company uses the Post Office instead of fedex or UPS to deliver a package. With a slogan like this. (Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.) You would think they were the best. In our area there the best at being the worst.

My birthday present was to go to Algeria Chicago to Miami to Jamaica Honduras and now back to New York it's going to make every single continent before it lands on the African continent I'm sure the chocolates are melted now. Ordered a item from Ohio. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive in Florida. It got stuck on Mississippi for almost 2 weeks.

You can’t get information on a package delivery or why it’s stuck in a city for at least 5 days. No one, not one person, can or will tell you where your package is

Our bank checks were delivered to the wrong address. Because of this we were forced to close our checking account and reorder new checks. This is not the first time that our carrier put mail in the wrong mailbox.

Packages are always late! Have been since Packages started always getting delivered by USPS. This is ridiculous, if USPS can't deliver Packages on time then need to pull the contract from Amazon to ship their Packages.

Horrible service this is the 3rd time this company has lost my packages ..beyond frustrated and no way to call them directly !
