All my packages take 2x longer now than last year...

Terrible service. Pkg mailed to me 3 day priority box on the 4th. Still not here today. Very disappointing!!!

I can not believe this. My registered mail is still in transit after 3 week from the day I mailed. I mailed it on 02/22/21. Worst than a third world postal service. This is the last time I will dealing with USPS.

I am tracking a priority letter I mailed on Monday March 8th...to Austin Tx. Yesterday, March 12th it showed it was at the distribution center in Austin....today, March 13th...5 days later, it showed it in San Antonio Tx???? Whaattt???? It was in Austin where it was supposed to be (late!) But in the right city! Now it's going to take more time getting back to Austin and then to the address!!! Omg. I paid $7.95 for priority mail!!! What a joke!

USPS should discontinue the tracking option. The ability to see your package sit at one location for ten days then be sent back to your town then back to to the same place it was just at for a couple more days before being sent on to be delivered allows you to be pissed at usps daily.

Delivery service is horrible! Sent a package Priority Mail on 3/02/2021. Today is 3/13/2021 and the package still has not been delivered! And I cannot get any information as to where it is...only that it is "in transit". If I could give a -0000 rating here I would!

I have been waiting on a letter since Mar second. It reached jax distribution on mar 6. I still havnt received it. The post office has gone down. Simply pathetic.

2/18/21 Paid for priority mail for delivery of some legal papers. I was told it would arrive on 2/22 and it actually arrived on 3/9!!!! Unbelievable!! Due to the delay I missed a court deadline and get to file the paperwork all over again...at my own expense!

USPS is the best postal service in the world! Clayton GA post office is terrible!

I track my packages because of all the missed deliveries and having them sit somewhere in a warehouse. Several times I had contacted the Postal Service because of these issues. The neighbors have all complained about the same issues. The latest incident in our group of mailboxes a package was said on the ground. It appeared to be a broken up box. Come to find out it had liquids and it was a type of bleach liquid that ended up all over the ground. A neighbor did not realize what it was and stepped in it. Got into their car and it ruined their floor mats in the vehicle. I feel that this could’ve been handled better with the leaking package. When I was told about it, I mentioned to them I saw the same thing. So it wasn’t just one person‘s word, others have seen this box laying there.

Cannot believe how terrible the service us. Tracking the parcel was much more easier before. You would get exact tracking information, not any more! You get a map with a line on it and it doesn’t tell you were the package is, poor service, no info. Poor review

Loosing things...dont get them delivered to me. One day had like nothing in mailbox and next day i have like 5 !! Some delivered like at 7 p.m. Yet, postage goes up!!

Every shipment with USPS is late and normally over a week late. I will start using UPS.
