Customer gave me wrong address. Package was sent March 5th. I still have not received it back. It keeps going between 2 postal facilities. I live in the middle of them. Originally mailed to a city in Illinois. I live in Illinois.

5 days so far stuck in NY shipping station. WHY? its going to canada, went to springfield mass a str8 shot north... but nooooo... gotta take a side mission to the worst dump on the east coast first. FML....

Paid for 5 days to get my letter to its destination, but it took 9 days and there wasn’t bad weather to make it delayed. So what’s the deal USPS??????? I find it hard to believe that you guys read these reviews. Need to really clean up your act people!

Delivered as promised.

I went to the post office to mail a package inside my package was 8 t shits 3 hats a stuffed animal and a little jar 4 inch’s of jam packed very tight packaged very nicely taped and secure.I work for the usps 10 years now . That lady told me to take it back and repackage that little jar of jam and very rude she was. I went to that post office 3 times that day to mail that package . And what does she say to me OH YOUR BACK. Unbelievable poor poor

Disgusting service! Nothing happened until the point I had to open an investigation. The package should take a day and it’s already a week and still didn’t arrive.

I bought an item off FB Marketplace. It was shipped from Piedmomt Mo. It took 3 weeks to get to Vienna Mo. I also remitted payment to my credit card Co. from central MO to central IL. It took almost 2 weeks to get there. In the meantime to keep from being a late payment I auto paid over the phone. So now I have to deal with getting my money back from a double payment. Not happy at all with USPS.

horrible 3rd package that has not delivered on estimated date. not even close! was estimated to arrive on sat, the 16th, still not received. sat in slc, utah for 3 days and bismark nd for 2. ridiculous.

My return package is still sitting in Albuquerque since November 23rd of 2023, I don't have any information as to why it was not returned, post office couldn't help me, who can help find out about my package.

I’m really disappointed with the postal service. A pkg. was sent “priority” on March 13th with delivery expected within 3-4 business days. Still not to its destination. Here it is the 20th & the update says that it’s still in transit!!

USPS is disappointing. Priority next day delivery becomes 3 days and up to now no show? What is becoming of this entity? I am about to miss my flight because my passport is out there with USPS and still no delivery. What a world?

This is totally unacceptable. I paid for priority next day delivery to obtain a visa from the Embassy in Washington DC since 3/18/2024 and they have the audacity telling me expected at the Embassy on 3/19/2024. Now I am about to miss my flight because I traveled to physically come to the Embassy in DC and my passport is still not here. What is going on? Today is 3/20/2024. What is happening here can someone tell me.

Why does USPS charge for overnight delivery if you can’t deliver that fast? I sent from USPS on Monday 18 March overnight and it just left Louisville hub 20th this morning for Orlando . You’re fired! Back to fedex and ups
