Get this…$1000 package has stalled locally since 03/04. Tried using the “ask question” feature and clearly was talking to a robot, not some cute chick in the picture. Finally the cheery robot chick was done asking questions and directed me to a page where I must give them my credit card number and pay $5 to get and answer! I’m already out $1000…now they want me to be out $1005?????

USPS continues to offer “No viable service.” Inefficiency and lack of knowing how to correct its problems will continue to degrade this service. Why pay for certified mail delivery when the promised time of delivery is ignored and the return verification of delivery never makes it back to the sender? —a total disregard for the customer!!!

Unbelievable! Payed for certified mail and yet it's been at the same location for a week and no updates or info on my mails whereabouts. This is just all bad.

I'm so disappointed in the mail running because my package was not delivered on time it was 5 days late and it not being delivered yet.It was be delivered 2-3 days ago and has not been delivered yet . Disappointed in the mail running

Postage is the highest it’s ever been and service is thr worst it’s ever been.

If you’re reading this it’s already to late and you already know you shouldn’t have chosen USPS.

What is this? It is supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 days. It's been 5 business days and the order is still in the facilities... and when you contact them they don't respond as they should. I'm very angry because they should detail their information better and not waste customers' time... it's my money that's in the way

i pd $30 to have my pkg delivered in 1-2 days. this is day 4 .. still "in transit"!

I send the package on 4 of marriage today.It's 22nd and it's still on the way.So how many months takes you to get in a right place?This is ridiculous awful service

After 3 days, tracking shows my PKG is in the town next to me. So tracking is as bad as shipping.

Shipped a package from Mo to Tx on 3/8/24 and it still has not been delivered and it’s now 3/21/24. Was supposed to be a 5 day transit not 2 weeks.

Three days and my package (cell phone cover) still hasn't left Los Angeles. Wow!! So disappointed. I'm sure there is a good reason and I'm sure it is out of USPS' control...I really don't care. I was hoping by now all the entitled old farts working for the PO had died or retired and we would have some new blood. So glad they trained the incoming younger personnel how to move painfully slow and look at you like they hate your guts for being their customer. Carry on, carry on. Hey, it has worked for them since the beginning so why change the formula.

So disappointed. I sent a card to our granddaughter on Mar 8th. Since it was a little thicker I was told it was considered a package size. It was suppose to arrive on Mon Mar 11th. Every time I checked the tracking number it said it didn’t exist. I stopped at the post office & was told to wait two weeks to file a claim. I stupidly made origami with money and was upset that the envelope was probably lost. I’m thankful that it finally arrived today however it took 12 days to get there instead of 3. That’s just unacceptable!

Mailed package march 11 for st patricks day to go to cape 1 hr away and the package is in rhode island today March 20. Really????

I am having the same problem with my mail I sent to be signed and sent it March 4th and it is now March 20th and still not received and it left the center and it transit since March 13 and it is going to a address in Jacksonville Florida and this is beyond unacceptable
