I wonder if anyone reads these. There is a reoccurring theme here and no one seems to care. Recently sent a card thru priority mail. Scheduled to be there last Wednesday. Sent to wrong distribution area, a day away and in wrong direction. Now I can't find it at all and it's Friday. And it is not the first time our mail has been lost, often never showing up at all. They could care.

I have been waiting for over a month for a package so I checked the tracking information and the package is stuck in an endless loop of usps facilities, they just keep sending it back and forth back and forth. Doesn't anybody do their job anymore???

My package still in transit in PR, since February 26, 2024. When it is going to be deliver to 88 Kerin Dr. New Britain, Ct 06053.

OK the package arrives to Mexico I did pay here to get deliver there now the postal service in Mexico they don't want to deliver the package they send a notification to the the person who expecting the package and asked to them to pickup the package at the postal office there and pay 15000 Mexican pesos to release the package, are this is legal?

Package arrived and still at facility 3 days later. No movement on the package. Unacceptable performance by USPS.

They boast 30,000 awesome reviews But it's 30,000 negative reviews that they don't review (so who gives a shit) not USPS.

Why would any one expect any concern from a US government run office

I paid $$ to have important papers jeered over nighted..IM STILL WAITING. . Very frustrating when we have important stuff to complete and pay the money needed to get as soon as possible but nope.

Package to India. 1-3 days was promised. Even after 2 days, still lying in US. Hopeless condition.

A very important letter was supposed to be in Missouri yesterday at my residence. It was sent priority mail and Thursday was the date due for it. It shows its a the hub her in Kansas city since yesterday, but no delivery as of yet. Why offer priority or express if they can't complete and deliver on time. USPS, is going down hill this is why I am sure many other chose to go FedEx or other companies.

Worst service to use my package arrive in Austin Texas from the second of March until now can't get anyone to talk to they directed me a dam robot,they wanted me to money and put my credit card information how stupid can they get, question I would like to know why the hold up and how much longer do I have to wait for my documents to reach it's destination this is crazy.

What the hell is the problem with you people we are charged more but the service has went to hell its really sad that you steal our money and do nothing about it might as well send it on a horse fucking crazy I been lied to and now I'm getting ripped off

USPS is doing a great job with fast deliveries and service
