I can’t believe my packages was shipped on March 11,2024. It was supposed to be delivered on March 14. 10 days later no results just excuses from USPS. $900 dollar value . $100 refund only. The worst service . VERY SAD…

Usps service Is not reliable at all. I was told my package would arrive on Wednesday mar 20th, then I got a message that they had technical issues with the delivery and would try again. Till today Mar 23rd, I don't know the status of my package, despite tracking it online. What a disappointment

I am not satisfied with the service that USPS has is suck,I sent a priority mail to the I R S office along with important documents from the 27 of February almost a month now it has been at one location for over three weeks you need to do better that this when I tried to query about my mail they put me onto a robot wanting my my credit card information.I am not going to use your service you people are so dam unprofessional

Postal Service needed to be investigate for lack of regards for postal delivery since 9/2023 to current status, just bc they are government workers identified employees as slackers?!!! Shame on those collecting paychecks with so little effort to do the job.

Sent grandson a birthday card on March 8. Arrived on his birthday March 21. Went the long way. Atlanta to Wisconsin. Now, if a bill is mailed from Wisconsin to Atlanta I get it within 3 days. Tells me Atlanta is the outgoing problem. Everything with a tracking number either gets lost, not delivered in a timely manner or days late.

If I could I would give NO stars, this is unacceptable, priority mail should take less than 3 days, and it’s taken more than 2 weeks, and on top of that it’s visited 3-4 different states, when it was supposed to be mailed to an agency in the same state. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been waiting on a package since March the 9th today is March 23rd of 2024. The only thing the tracking number will show is arrived late and still in route. The United States postal service needs to be audited now. Their service is been going down hill for quite a while now. We need to get better postal masters. Package was shipped ground Express why are we paying this extra money if the package is not going to make it to the destination on time. And weather was not a factor.

I recently moved to montana and my mom sent me a package from colorado. The package arrived in Billings, Montana, about 3 hours away from me. It stayed for 2 days or so and then got sent to Oshkosh Wisconsin. I had to make Calls over a period of days (5 days) before it started to move back this way where it was sent back to Denver. Colorado, and today it's now finally again in Billings, Montana. The same place it was 2 weeks go and it still hasn't gotten to me here about 3 hours away.

My package was sent on the 6th of March now the 23rd been in route to next location since the 8th was to arrive on the 12th.. the opportunity to use said package has come and past now ... but it's cool .. 23rd still no package... lmao

I generally have decent service from the post office but I have a package that has been sitting in Chicago since March 11, 2024. No indication how long it with be sitting there. I wasn't expecting such slow service.

Very bad and poor service

Sent Certified Mail on March 15th from Jupiter FL to Charlotte NC, Was told it would arrive on 18th or the 19th at the latest.As of today still hasn’t arrived.

I sent an envelope with certified mail service and usps lost it , the only update is that it is still on the way but running late, but nobody at the usps knows where it is . The usps charge extra for the certified mail service and require a signature upon delivery .when I contacted the post office that sent it out they want me to just send another one. I told them to find the envelope that I already mailed using the certified mailing service.I have been waiting for 21 days now since envelope was mailed. This is unacceptable. Time to audit the usps.

Great service from start to finish. Arrived a day ahead of delivery date. 2 time sending & very satisfied with the service. Would do it again . Thank you
