Really pissed off my parcel is being delivered to another address in france when it's supposed to be delivered in new Zealand can't talk to anyone in less you pay to and why should I clearly this service is the worst no help at all and take your parcel to someone else

Very, very disappointed.

Package has been in the same spot all week? Is there anybody working at this place? My package came quicker from China then it has been a state over! It looks like a lot of people are having the same issue! Is anybody at USPS even reading these comments? You all need to get your act together, this is just unreal!

Austin tx plant is horrible

I sent a package with important documents on 3/12/24. They went to San Bernardino to Huston in 2 days, then to Mexico City, where they have spent 7 days . The final destination is Ensenada B.C. I do not know what to do, I am desperate.

Sent an envelope from Louisiana to Little Rock Arkansas took 10 DAYS! THE USPS HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL. Every time I go in the post office they are either slow as Christmas or talking about when they are gonna retire with fellow workers or who they went out with over the weekend, its mostly 99% blacks just milking the clock and rude and couldn't care less about customer service. I m gonna have to start using FEDEX and paying more but for almost a $10 priority mail stamp (that they increase all the time) its a joke to take 10 days for that kind of assumed service you pay for. It sat at the distribution center in Little Rock for 4 days! and it was going to a P.O. Box of which I pay over $300 a year to have! pitiful amateurish service!

I received my package in 2 days from Washington to Texas. Estimated time to delivery was 3 days but I received sooner. Thanks and congratulations team!

USPS international is the biggest joke and it’s more expensive than ever. It’s plain criminal how expensive and painfully slow it’s gotten.

I'm getting an international shipment and it's been in inbound customs for 20 days how long does customs take

February 28th I put in for change of address with the POST MASTER in Chaplin CT I then got a letter in Windham CT two days ago to go to the post office and show I'd I did and was told my first change of address was never entered in the system now I'm losing packages because they keep sending it to my old place with people that won't bring to the post office or call me. Really disappointed after waiting a month to receive mail after being told it would only be 10 days after Feb 28 to see mail at new address to be told again it'll now be another 10-15 days. Where is my mail??

Well this service is horrible can't talk to anyone tracking makes no sense says out for delivery and it's in France it's supposed to be in new Zealand and I'm not paying more money to fine out were it is as that's what they ask for so think this $1000 parcel going to someone else disgusting service

I started bringing my packages to Jacksonville Beach post office and they already lost two items. If they don't want my packages, just tell me, Don't steal.

Very bad service, the first class package was supposed to arrive on 11/3/24 and it still hasn't arrived or the information has been updated. Very bad service.
