my package has been in route from Saint Paul, MN to Greenville SC.. since February 26. Its now March 4. No updates. Would like to know where its at.

The worst service of a delivery service I've used

Too slow to sort packages

Delivery on time, very professional. Better then UPS. THANKS

This is the second time in 3 months that I sent a small pkg “next day”, paying $26.00+ to guarantee delivery next day, and it took 14 days to get there!!!!

It is unacceptable the way this service works! NOT RELIABLE!

I just checked on a package sent on 25 Feb. And it appears to still be at the location that it was sent from. This is 7 days and it hasn't left after being told it would be there on Monday 3/1

Good delivery service despite poor, thoughtless "mansgement" at the very top of the ladder. The guys get it done, although they get little credit.

Package has been at PO center at Monroe, NJ since 03 Feb 2021 it's now o4 Mar 2021 n it hasn't moved. What's going on

Priority mail is hopeless. My weekly 4th class mail arrives in five days and Priority Mail takes two weeks.

worked wonders, the shipping was so fast even going to another country. the tracker updated perfectly! the staff was funny, and caring.
