My mail left Akron Ohio Friday February 26 three day priority as of now March 2 it’s in Florida when it was going to New York

Paid extra and also got a tracking number and my letter should of been delivered by Saturday 2-27-21. It was not delivered until Monday 3-1-21, very poor service which is what the Post Office is known for these days.

Never receive packsges, they always state it was delivered(never) they don' t leave pick up slip in mail box. They are lousey postal people.

Nothing arrives on time; I receive packages fom other people from different streets and numbers...

Paid for Priority Mail. frustrated.2 day delivery and all I get after 8 days is "in transit."

Package never delivered, supposed be delivery by Saturday 2/27 3/2nd and still in MI... OMG../

The delivery time to mail a letter between states is now estimated to be one to two weeks. I paid $5.87 to send a letter certified which should only require a single stamp of 49 or 50 cents so I could track the letter. I mailed the letter on Feb. 23 and checked the tracking today March 2, and the letter has still not been delivered. To send it by Fed Ex would have cost about $12. I have no idea what is going on but the time frame is ridiculous.

Terribly disappointed in your service. I paid for Priority mail, as this pkg needed to be delivered by a certain date. I was told it would be, and no later than Tuesday, Feb, 23. It was actually not delivered until yesterday, March 1st.

My son mailed me a package of 3 weeks worth of mail from Pacific, MO, on Friday, 2/18/21, and I do not have it yet, in Ft. Myers, FL, 33908. The Postal Service rates a grade of F. Where is it? Expedite it today. Thank you.

Paid $26 for overnight. It's been 6 days and still HAS NOT ARRIVED. Still says it's at the place I mailed it. Ridiculous. Why charge for overnight if you cant guaranteed and why almost a WEEK and still has not arrived!!!

A letter sent from Douglas, Wy to Trussville, Al 2/16/21 it arrived in Birmingham Al 2/24/21 What is the hold up 3/2/21.

It boggles my mind to think that a package I sent to Chicago went to Chicago and then was sent to New Jersey for whatever reason. The tracking information says it is in transit, but I have no assurance that it’s headed back to its destination in Chicago. The package contains a handmade item for a baby, and the work that went into this item took hours to complete. I will be livid if it is one of those items in the mail that becomes “lost in transit," for it is irreplaceable!

I am extremely pleased with both service and delivery time. The price is right!!
