My package was sent from woodruff SC to Buckley WA 8 days ago. It was in Greenville SC two hours later. It's still in Greenville SC. Did it get lost in SC? No one seems to know and was told there is nothing I can do about it.

I placed my order 2/17, today is 2/27 I still waiting for my order. This is unacceptable! I will never use a shopping site again the only delivers by USPS! Sorry but from Florida to Michigan shouldn’t take this long! I can drive straight through in 24hrs! And I paid 7.95 for this service! Sorry, but I’ll be shopping only with shops that use Fed Ex, or UPS for now on.

Package sits in the same cities for days on end and updates are way too infrequent.

My package has still not arrived it's been 2 and a half weeks like bruh

Mail 2-3 day priority on Monday. Still in Orlando on Friday

Send a package on January 30th and today is February 26th can't even track the package because it takes you in circles. This is frustrating especially when I spent $78.00 and they tell you give it 7 to 10 business days it's going to be a month . NO Package.

USPS got my package to it's designation in five days. Bad weather and all. FedEx took five days to move my package FOUR hours to my house.

My package was mailed on 2-20-21 and the package is still not arrived!

Sent to wrong address and never had responsibility afterward!

I love to be able to track my packages and when they're delivered by texting my telephone

Takes forever to ship and cant update any info on tracking. Overall horrible service

Waiting for mails/packages from usps is like waiting for the second coming of Christ with no expected time line.

Customer service is horrible! I had a package mailed on 2/13 priority mail and it said 1-3 business days to arrive and to notify them if it’s been more than 3-5 days. We notified them that the package hasn’t even left the state and no one will tell us ANYTHING about my package. It’s now 2/25. Good for me that we insured the package because they will definitely be reimbursing me if they lost my package!!!!

Doesn’t show basic information on when it will be delivered, big fail! I don’t care where it is, I want to know when I will receive it!

My main carrier is James and he does an excellent job. Keep up the great work James. I appreciate you
