Mailed a letter on Feb 12 from lyons, IL to Kentucky. 13 days later, still in transit, OMG!

My package was suppose to arrive Tuesday of this week and it already Thursday and I’m not sure where my package is

Usps is the worst right now. It has taken more than 9 days for a Package to be delivered in the same city. Called customer service and was told it was delayed due to weather although my mail man has never missed a day. Not an acceptable excuse.

I mailed a package from Anthem Arizona on February 12, 2021 and as of February 25, 2021 it’s still sitting in Phoenix Arizona. This is ridiculous and I don’t believe weather across the country has anything to do with it.

USPS has gone rapidly downhill. Rates are higher and delivery is completely unpredictable. When I pay high rates for a package to be delivered and it is still in transit days past the expected delivery date it is beyond frustrating. I could walk the package to the West Coast faster than you all deliver. Mr. DeJoy is a disgrace to the USPS.

My delivery is very late not happy at all

My package is to arrive today but For 3 days it just says my package is in transit without updates . This has happened before sadly the text updates is not useful at all .

Your service is unbelieveable and no help in finding the package. Every web site only takes you around in a circle ending up where you started.

I've used priority mail on January 25th and here it is February 25th and I still not received my package

Paid $30 for overnight delivery and 24 hours later the package has not left Savannah. Great going! I feel like Sherman has marched into Savannah raping and pillaging again!

I rate USPS MINUS 10 out of 10. Is sent my grandson his birthday present from Grove City, OH and paid extra to have it delivered in 2 days. I mailed the package on February 11th and it was to arrive on February 13th. I assumed even if delayed the present would arrive before his Birthday which was February 21st. My receipt stated the package would arrive February 13th. Today is February 25th and the pa large still has not been delivered. When I look on line it says the package is in transit. USPS owes me money for paying extra for 2 day delivery, an apology, and likely a insurance claim for my lost goods. I went to the post office and shared my situation and they were ZERO Help! I should have used Fedex! I had to give a star to make this go through. I only gave them 1 star because there was no minus 10 star!

I have had very slow delivery for both coming and sending. Pkg ordered and mailed on Dec 8th, it got here after New Year. No reason given. I mailed a card, from Washington St. To Maine, it took 3 weeks getting to destination. No problem with address! I have been send priority pkgs. One to Santa Fe, got to Albuquerque okay, then got a notice, "OUT FOR DELIVERY, RALEIGH NC, oops, they said , when I called, wrong bin??? What is going on. I mail a 2/3 day priority pkg. It finally got over a week had past. Not I have another, where it is, they won't say, but running late???? I have been a very good customer, in the past. But rethinking, now.
