USPS reviews

Tracking needs work. Did not like it because no tracking outside of origin state. One would expect to be able to see each location stop . Especially when it’s going halfway across the country. Service has much room for improvement. Only good thing is I am kept informed that it is on time for expected arrival.

I send an envelope from Bridgeport facility to Utah. They promise it will arrive in 4 days.is been 15 days and don't know where the envelope is.

My mail carrier is awesome, but why would my packages sit in the USPS mail facility 30 miles away for 3 days? My package made it from China to the US in less time than that. Terrible!

Very poor. The informational displayed is not real time, so you really have no idea where your packages are. Typical of a government operation that uses the lowest bidder.

I mailed an overnight package on February 19th. It is February 25th. It still isn't there and the package is lost! Lost! Mailed from Georgia got to Jacksonville FL. Not it is no where to be found. It was supposed to be in Nebraska.! This is the 2nd package that has been lost in 3 months!!!!! This is disgusting. They have responded to me blaming covid-19. But it has not been resolved. I am very upset!

Sent a package 2 to 3 day on the feb15 still not there on feb 25 expedite for passport

USPS is horrible, we paid for 2 day priority on 2/18 with delivery on 2/21, it is now 2/24 and still no delivery of this package. Glad it was not medicine,, it says it is still sitting at the original shipping point. Wish I would have gone UPS OR FEDEX they would have had the package already. This is really a rating of about --5

Worst shipping option in the world, items are always about 30+ days to arrive when it is only suppose to be 5-7 days. I try my best to never use USPS, it has become a joke!!!!

This people don’t put any care on packages and they don’t pay attention to house #’s or even care for packages of say frágil , my neighbors have drop off packed back to je that got drippy of at their house , and or missing packages, or damage very expensive package !!!

My 2-day priority mail to Baltimore from Pittsburgh took 7 days

Super slow and very unpredictable- customer service has even dropped. Definitely will consider more options for parcel delivery.
