Been waiting almost 30 day's purchase

Great! It shows me when my package should arrive and it's always accurate! I also love that the parcel map shows me where my package is coming from!

Stopped tracking on Saturday 20th and today is the 23rd. Where is My package?

Paid 30 extra express delivery on Feb 16 ...its Feb 24 and it's still in Florida ...1 star because zero was not an option.

Most of my boxes arrived very late and some lost

Slow and very slow do not respect process time. I do not why you spend on tracking and you do not respect delivery time. bad !! service, not no why we still support usps

16 hrs after I send letter it's still 30 miles from my house....WHY??? I could have driven it the 8 hrs and dropped it off and been back home

All in all USPS is always pretty accurate and quick

USPS is horrible!!! I sent a package on 2/18 which was garenteed to arrive on 2/19 by 3pm. Its the 24th and it still isn't there yet! They have no idea where it is. I get 27.00 returned but, that's not the point. I needed it there by the 19th!!

I sent a certified mail package from FL to MA. Was told it would be delivered in 3 to 4 days. It’s been 8 days and it appears the package is still in FL and may even be lost. This is unacceptable.

Vos livreurs dès fois ne montent pas au 3ème étage pour livrer les paquets, ils préfèrent retourner avec et disent qu'il avait personne pour recevoir le colis.Ça m'est arrivé hier, le livreur prétend que personne n'était là pour recevoir le colis et qu' reviendra aujourd'hui. Je suis sure qu'il ment, il ya tjrs quelqu'un à la maison puisque ma fille travaille à la maison et que les enfants ne vont pas à l'école.

Packages never arrived at their destination on time...pay for 3 day delivery but that's not what happens. Also if the mail goes through Mobile? Mobile is known as the 'black hole' of USPS! Hate when I find out the mail is in Mobile!

Us packaging delivery takes twice the expected dates.

USPS did not return my certified mail receipt which is still pending 9 days after the item was delivered.
