Ridiculous that my package sent priority mail from Bozeman on February 16, has taken a week to make it to Phoenix. I sure hope you can get it delivered tomorrow. It should have arrived last Saturday. Very disappointed.

My package was mailed on the 20th of February before 9:00 a.m. next day air I needed my medication desperately and they gladly took my money and never told the person that did it that chances are it would not get there in two to three days and there's a chance it may never get to me it could be LOST thank God I got back on Monday the 22nd and here I am the 23rd and they told me at the post office I should have probably used UPS because they are backlog because of weather give me a break tell the truth when you mail the package. I'm going to take the advice of the guy at the post office and go to UPS I always use the United States mail because it seemed like a good deal but they're out of control and using the pandemic and backlog this and that and it all sounds like a sweep under the carpet deal I hope I get my stuff. He also told me there's no refunds anymore they're probably lost so much money because of Miss management that they can't pay people back he said I could maybe get the $100 insurance but don't count your chickens before they're hatched. So from now on it's UPS or FedEx for everything sad to say.
