Package has been sitting in Seattle for a week. Paid extra to get it to Dallas in four days. Won’t be using again.

Worst customer service EVER!!!

Have NO idea where my package is! Ordered Feb. 2nd and still no sign of it. Entered tracking number and it only says shipping label created, waiting on package. What does that mean and where do I look now for my package?

The usps is giving some pathetically bad service,it’s understandable that there’s a pandemic and bad weather but their service has gone from bad to worse in the last year!!!

Did not track my package. I believe the USPS is finished as a reliable way to send packages!!

You’ve had my package in Pennsylvania since February 11 and there’s been no move to get it to South Dakota and today is February 22.

The last two packages sent were priority packages one arrived 4 days late the other one was due on the 20th has not arrived yet still in transit. Why pay for priority mail when it means nothing.

Not good, they put delivered on packages even though the attempt was never made. Zero stars if possible.

Mailed a flat rate box on 10 Feb 2021. Box was received in Chicago on 11 Feb 2021, it’s now 22Feb2021 family in Chicago has not received the box. So how can we get UPS or Amazon to take over the United States postal service? Imagine if these postal workers had to work under the supervision of one of these companies. Yes they would have to work or get fired! Amazon is incredible at what they do . Just a thought from a frustrated customer

Packages are never delivered on time

I paid for a overnight delivery on 02/16/2021 it hasn't been delivered yet. It was supposed to arrive before 3pm on 02/17/2021, it hasn't been delivered and I can't get any information, I went to the post office on 02/19/2021 it was still in route. I'm waiting on a return phone call from customer service and I haven't heard from them it's been a hour and a half which was supposed to be one hour ago and nothing.... WHAT'S GOING ON?? Package has been in route since 2/11 from Kentucky to NY...what is the problem? Not the first time for problems with USPS shipping and tracking # is a joke.
