Never a problem in 50 years of mail service.

Absolutely trash for customer service. Call the 800 number and get no help from a machine, call the local stores and no one will answer. This is as government ran as anything i have ever seen. Sickening that these people get paid.

My package that was sent priority on 2-16-2021 is still in Florida as of 2-22-2021. I will never use USPS to send another package. No wonder they are going broke.

So much for next day air. I think it should be called next 2 or 3 day air. I'm thinking that for the money it would be very good

Was to be at its destination by 2/17 its 2/21 . give and take a day or 3 days max its okay. Its 6 days .

don’t waist your money with priority overnight mail. I paid $53.00 to have two envelopes mailed because I need them delivered immediately. Paid for guaranteed deliver this past Friday, and neither company received the mail. One was for diabetes medication, sent thru the post four times before, company never received any of them, first sent October 8. Number five mailing. Cost me $26.00 guaranteed deliver Friday by 3:30 pm still not received. Will the post office pay for the medication till they can get the mail delivered? It’s $450.00 per month.

package was dropped off at facility on the 12th and went 20 miles and there it sits for 10 days. what kind of way is that to run a business. next time I'll pay extra for fed ex or ups
