So, my packages are already late but today it said they were out for delivery. Now, I received a notice saying they were unable to delivery “no access to door or driveway”. Which isn’t true. I’ve been up & down my road since Thursday without issue. AND another business did a service call at my house, into my driveway without incident.

Package delivered right on time

Registered mail missing since 1/13/21.

It took three days for my package to travel thirty five miles. Delivery date was 2/20/21. Only 1,300 miles to go! Good Luck! I want a Refund of $33.90! Yep!

I paid for priority mail 3-day shipping maximum on Tuesday it is now Saturday night and my three packages have not arrived. Very disappointed.

Paid for a Priority Mail for 2 day delivery and it took 10 days. Will get a refund??

When I order anything I hate it when its sent by usps because its like the slow boat to China and the tracking system they have is back in the Stone Age they ship the item and five days and it said its still in the same state where its ship from

Phone system is a joke. Ask for a call back next day but only Monday thru Friday. The whole process of finding a mis delivered package is a mess. Ridiculous waste of money why can’t I give zero stars. You deserve negative stars

Awful service for the amount charged. Tracking is useless. More competition is needed.

USPS can not compete with FedEx and UPS. Can't track (accurately), never know delivery, never know where your package is.

I've been waiting on my mail for the last 7 days. Still waiting for the post office in Cabot, AR to show up

I use USPS as much as possible. They are reliable, affordable and usually fast.

Delayed 2 weeks and my rent money order was in there, mad is being nice.

Package left Hawaii it's been 10 days cannot track it
