My tax return took 2 days to get to Fresno USPS distribution center. It sat there for 11 days, then departed. Today it hasn't yet been delivered to the IRS. What is going on?

I think these guys and gals get a back rep but they are essential to the operation we call life so I want to thank every single worker out there for all they do!

I sent to packages. First one 02/09/2021 and second on 02/12/2021, As of today, they have not arrived. I filled a complaint and even though someone from USPS called me, she didn’t give anymore info than the one I can find myself in their site. Tracking numbers said they are moving between stations but that’s it. Nobody seems to care. Extremely disappointed. I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero.

Everytime a package goes through Missoula, Mt post office it sits there for days before moving. Management or someone needs to gets those employees moving or fired.

I mailed a package a on February 10th from MI to NC. Here it is February 20th and it has not reached it's destination. Fire DeJoy!

Always very happy with delivery service when sending packages, have package posted Dec 9 from Ireland and problem was package had not left Ireland

I paid $41.10 for 2 day delivery the package was not delivered in the two days!! What a complete waste of money!! Why does the post office say two day delivery and you pay for that and they give you a delivery day and time and it’s not delivered on that day or time!! I’m not happy at all!!!

Terrible service, I won't be using this service in the future. Terrible experience.

I like the ups serves gets my pkg to okla there in time every time no complaints .
