Every weekend delivery is marked as attempted delivery which never happened. Not sure why whoever enters this information has to lie about it. If your workers don’t want to deliver on the weekend then don’t pretend you tried to deliver when you don’t.

All I want to know is estimated arrival date. Can’t find that.

Very slow and erratic. Package was in and returned to same processing center 3 times.

Package never arrived when it said it would. I still do not have my package. It’s been 5 days This package was a 2 day delivery.

Ridiculous. Every time I pay extra for mail to get there, it doesn’t. If they can’t do it they shouldn’t say they can.

Package was Priority & when it arrives it will have taken 8 days.

How can item get stuck in Springfield Ma for a week

I mailed my package on Dec 14th. It went through the US fine, but a dead stop in France on Jan 5th and hasn’t moved at all. No one from either side will say where it is or why. The package was 3lbs and over $60 to mail and to not get any answers is very frustrating!

Why is my grandchildren Christmas gifts still at theJamaica NY, post office depot since December 24. The delivera8date was for January 6, 2021. It now over 30days passed due. Can someone explain why its taking so long now that the Christmas rush is over?

Never delivers packages on time, updates never accurate.

You should go back to the pony express. At least they tried to deliver on time
