I mailed a package on 2/11 from Wadena, MN to go to Bluffton, MN which is 7 miles away and it will not get there till at least 2/15 if it shows up than. That is ridiculous and no excuse.

Horrible ! All they would need to do is contact us and we’d come down and get it.

Jan 8th from Chanhassen Mn and now on Feb 13th is in Memphis. Should have made it to Perth long ago! $70 for priority 10 day shipping.

Sharon was exceptionally helpful in packing & shipping my box to my son! In today’s world, excellent customer service is hard to find. But exceptional customer service is what I found in the Norwood, PA post office with Sharon’s attention to detail & superb helpfulness!!! Gold stars all the way around!

Missed guaranteed date by 2 days and counting.

Guaranteed on the 11th for daughters birthday. We live near Philly. Was at Philadelphia Distribution Center on the 10th then sent to New Hampshire on the 11th. Today is the 13th. It was back in Philly yesterday. Wow. Just wow.

Package always late..christmas gifts got there in January.. Valentine's gift late also..

Package suppose to arrive 2-12-2021 Hasn’t got there and tracking will not tell me where it’s at. Money wasted it cost $9.28 an only weighed 5 ounces

I paid for 2 day shipping on thursday, my package was in your hands on thursday the 11th and it says i wont get it till feb 16th. That is not two day shipping!

My package is in limbo it's been in Capitol Heights since the 7th has not moved my other package I ordered a few days ago it's still sitting there as well

Atlanta Peachtree GA is the worst distribution Center, they send your package everywhere except the correct destination, more than 2 months and still waiting for my Package, the only response we get is you will receive it promptly

Last month a 3 day Priorty box took 14 days. Was held up in Springfield, MA for 11 days. Now a 3 day priorty is taking 7 days...so far!
