Before COVID my package would arrive on time. Since COVID its been a waiting game. This is the 2nd time I've lost a package in transit being shipped Priority Mail. The 1st package arrived at least 2 weeks late. Status tracking showed in transit to next facility and didn't update for over a week. Tried shipping another package again thinking it was a fluke. 1 week later on a Priority Mail Package and it still hasn't reached next facility after leaving the Post office. Priority mail is 3 business days with tracking.

My package was certified mailed in Lake Worth on January 14. Your tracking shows it traveled 6 miles away to West Palm Beach, Fl and hasen't moved since???? Are you kidding me???? What kind of service is this? Please find my package and get it to Washington ASAP.

I paid extra for a priority mail delivery which was supposed to arrive in two days and it’s been over two weeks and still has not been delivered! They are terrible!!!

Paid $13.00 and some change for a package to be delivered three plus weeks. Not acceptable just go out business your robbing the american working people. people

On my tracking said it was delivered but is not in my mail box . Smh

my package never showed up today at my house where it was supposed to be delivered according to your tracking it was being delivered to west Virginia not illinois where I live and ralking to anyone on the phone at usps is very useless

Painfully slow for personal mail and small business deliveries these days. UPS and FEDEX haven't had these issues. Paid for 3 day shipping and my package sat in Boston for a week. I can't even get an estimated delivery date.

Just tracked package and its actually is going to be 2 days early! Right on USPS!

The estimated date is never correct

Mail is ridiculous slow!! So quit complaining about people text messages and emailing, like Christmas cards etc. Because we can't count on our package be delivered on timely manner

I mailed a package last Thursday from jarreau la to Grenada ms. It has yet to be delivered. I think this is a little long.
