I dont understand how or why package sit for 2 days then instead of sending it to the state its going it goes all over the usa very unorganized

This is the worst, my package hasn’t arrived and it hasn’t changed its status. I’m very disappointed.

I sent a package to Florida on 2/1/21, paid extra to have it get there on 2/4/21, and they still don’t have it, I realize the COVID 19 has a impact on things, but when you pay extra to get the job done, you expect it to be there when the post office says it will.

I paid for a priority 2day parcel and was told that my package would be delivered in 2 days! Well here we are 4th day and no package!!! Why am I paying a priority rate if they can’t deliver on time!!!! This is just wrong!!!

YOu take too long to update. Fed Ex system is superior to yours!!!

It should not take 16 days to get a letter from Ashland MO to Lexington KY, in my opinion.

I paid priority and it is late and I asked for a refund and they gave me to a website where I need to pay to get my answer-

why is my package delayed

Mailed a package from Spring City TN on 1/28/21 to our grandson in Enigma GA. The package arrived in Atlanta the next day. From Atlanta is was sent to Memphis TN and that's where it remains. WHY? What can I do to get it sent to the correct address?
