One star ; it took twice the quoted time.

Looking for my package which were sent out on September 30th 2001 and it is now February 4th 2001 and have not received it yet

I don't know HOW there are 3 star and under ratings: these people have never used UPS or Fed Ex, obviously. Fed Ex threatened to send a package back if I weren't home (on their time) to sign, UPS dropped my things off at my parents house in plastic bags 2 weeks after they went AWOL. USPS has always been SUPER helpful, almost always kind if not simply cordial, or politely kurt at worst. MANY- I'd estimate 30%-60% of my packages have arrived EARLY, maybe 15% at most late, so by my calculations- that works out better than perfect. All of these experiences let me know that it's okay when- once every year or two, every few dozen parcels- things aren't running the smoothest, because I know they're doing their best. Plus affordable prices, and insurance? I've had employees go OUT of their way to help me package things before and make it work. Thank you, USPS, for keeping my life moving.

Found my package very quick

I noticed my package don’t arrive at the time they tell us it would. But only for this post office. Not on the other post office I sent my other package to.

why isnt FedEx and ups just doing the mail. they at least reliable

o sent a package january 8 and at this date february 4 the customer don't receive yet the package. very bad services. in the last 4 months we have s lot of complaints of our customer. very slow deliveries and take a long time. very difficult to communicate with usps agents

Package was delivered to the wrong neighborhood, but the nice couple brought it to our house tonight!

I only ever see postal workers working hard to serve customers.

we sent a package january 8 from kissimmee, Fl to Houston texas and at this date february 4, the customer don't received yet. please move the personal because post office taking a long time to delivers the packages. in my situation its a lot of package delivered too late. weeks and months

My pkg is 4 days late and literally all it tells me is that it's "In Transit." What the hell? That isn't tracking my package.

USPS is so slow. My package has been in Greensboro since 14January, mailed on 6 January. WTF?

Haven’t received 2 of 3 items in the last 3 weeks. Lost in mail. Plus longer shipping times than stated. If it’s going to take longer than stated say it. I bought item needed for plow truck cause it was fastest shipping. Turns out took a lot longer and stuck without truck

Excellent customer service and delivery as expected. Always very satisfied experience.
