Worse service ever they must have stolen my package. Package mailed in November 2020 to do the package not delivered.

I’m not sure why package delivery costs so much when the usps can’t back up it’s expected delivery dates or come close. If I pay for 2 day priority shipping I would expect it to be delivered in 2-4 days not 2-4 weeks. I want to support usps but it’s tough when other private companies are more reliable and efficient.

What happen to postal service ? You are so slow..I spent 11.10$ and that’s a lot for for something that weights less than 2 pounds.. and to see it’s still in Philadelphia are you going my stage coach? It left stone harbor on Friday.

Terrible, terrible service. Certified mail sent on 1/19/2021 to Philadelphia. Shows that as of 2/1/2021 in transit to next facility. Map still shows it as being still in the Richmond, Va. facility. I paid to have it there before now and very upset. Should have sent it by other means but too much money just to send to Philadelphia. Should close these facilities or get better help. I know the USPS big shot did away with alot of outside boxes and cut back on employees, etc but the customers should be shown better respect than this. Would have rated it with no star if there had been a Zero star icon.

It just seems like every time I try to track a package with USPS it's never found

The service be terrible and no excuse for pandemic. I sent Christmas present in December and it lost and no one there responded.

Sent my package 2 day priority on 12/22/2020, it went from my town in TN to Mississippi, and now it is back in TN in Memphis. It has been in Memphis since Jan. 23, 2021, it is now FEBRUARY!!!!!

Melba was very professional and helpful. She provided great service in helping me get my package out on time.

I visited the Post Office on Limestone pkwy in Georgia today and there was one clerk and sh waited on a lady who carried in a bag of stuffed animals that needed packaging. So the only clerk started putting the boxes for each animal, that’s correct each animal. There were about 7 or 8 animals to box. The clerk had to put the box together, tape and then pack the animal and place the ladies cards inside each box and tape them up. There were 8 of us waiting inline and the clerk finally asked someone to come and helped the other customers. I spent approximately 20 minutes inline waiting on the clerk to “do” everything for this lady. The lady wasn’t physically handicapped or mentally challenged that she could not have done this herself. I was not the only one frustrated with this incident. I didn’t know it was the postal services job to package up items for people that were truly capable of doing it themselves.

I sent out 3 packages at one time 1st pkg arrived when it was suppose to 2nd pkg arrived 2 weeks later. The last pkg has been bouncing back and forth between the same facilities. Almost a month later & it still hasn't arrived.
