Sent a pkg priority mail to gran!dson. Says it got there but it didn’t. Who do I call? Who knows? Not happy

I mailed a package from Wells, Maine, clearly addressed to go to Medford, Mass and it went to Alabama. Go figure. This is not the first time that this post office has lost our goods. Done with them!

This is second time in a month that my packages have not arrived for over 2 1/2 past the time they were supposed to. I have not seen this route change or when I called nobody knows why pkg since 1/27/21 has not moved and still sitting an hour from place to deliver it to. Mailed it on 1/22/21 and it is 2/2/21

7 days ti receive a package it's still in Cincinnati it took it 7 days to go from Mason Ohio to Cincinnati dam it will be a month before it gets to Florida
