It’s like really people don’t even care when you’re working at the United States post office. My packages have been late many of times. Never with other FedEx or UPS. I don’t know what’s going on but you guys have to really get it together. One pack which was late 2 1/2 weeks. Who is the president who is in charge fire him

It told me nothing. For 2days, it just said it was on its way. It kept saying it was in Baltimore. Thursday-Monday, first class mail to Ohio.

I filed 2-passport applications on Oct. 17th, 2020 for my minor, Grandchildren of whom I have parental custody. On December 11, 2020 I received a letter stating that the Passport Office in Virginia needed "certified" birth certificates for both children. The birth certificates originally sent WERE certified with the Michigan County's Watermark on them (not a raised seal). So I explained the process to them and they asked me to resend them along with a letter explaining the conflict which I did on December 11th, 2020. I still have not received either the passports or a confirmation that the Passport Office in Virginia received them because, after tracking them today. My second correspondence is STILL IN TRANSIT!! and now is at the Dulles Distribution Center as of January 27th!!! It's this second correspondence that's holding-up completion of the passports. I understand that the Covid19 pandemic has severely hindered the Postal Service. But, waiting for these passports from Oct 17, 2020 to Feb 1, 2021...and I still don't have them is ridiculous.

Terrible! I paid too much $35.00 for One envelope w/ 1 document to get fast in my country and is still in USA after 10 days.( 2 days stopped in each facility) ?!?!

Great service except no mask was worn

I have been waiting on priority package since January 24. It was ordered January 12. Priority mail $15.00 and it is somewhere between Florida and Memphis and I live in SE Tennessee.

I trying to contact to costumer services, I never receive a answers for priority mail..Where's?

I order something from louisville Kentucky and it was to be shipped to hermitage Tn. When it got to nashville it was sent out to Pennsylvania??

Mailed Package on 01/19/2021 and as 02/01/2021 ir still gas not been delivered. No updates since 01/23/2021

Inthink the US Postal Service is doing an excellent job. With weather and virus I find it amazing that we can still fet good service. Our postal lady works hard and is very very efficient. She drops our mail off and before you know it, she is on the other side of the street headed back to her vehicle. I don't know her name but I can tell when she is not working because our mail arrives very late. Once pigs get to Baltimore distribution ctr they don't move for days. Need new postal director.

In Jan 2021, I have not received 3 packages. Shipper does not provide timely tracking. It seems all packages have been delivered but I have not receive them. Frustrating.

Mail lady throws my packages at my door. I know this because of the thumps. When I asked her to not throw them she said and I quote “That’s nothing honey, you should see what we do with the rest of them.” Unquote It would be nice if they actually hired people that care about their job.
