Why do you give an estimated delivery time when you know it will be atleast 4 or more days from the estimate before you get your package? Why not just say it like it is, you will get the package whenever we decide to deliver it. You never deliver on time. I will never ship with you, but unfortunately when I purchase something I can't control the shipper.

Miserable commitment from them. My love paid expensive service for fast delivery from California USA. But sad to say, it more than 2 months now, I did not receive my gift. Very disappointing!!! I am sure regarding the safety of my package is in good hand. I keep on tracking everyday.

I sent my sister a graduation gift from Oakland to Ethiopia before Christmas I paid $100 ups said it will be there in 10 days it has been over a month and the package is in New York it says in transit, I’m really disappointed I’m not using ups again. I wish I can give it less than 1 star

The package has been shipped on the 26th of January and it is now 2.1.21. It has been more than 3 days for a 2nd day package delivery. This is the worst before the service I have endure with the usps. I paid for a service that was not renderer and a refund should be given back to the person that ship the package to me. Better oversize must be required, if if replacement is needed...training and development is a major issue as well as following up on employees performance. This action requires a corrective action at all levels. Totally unexceptable!

Ive been waiting on a package for over a month now and still aint recieved it and cant find out where it is or anything

I sent this package to DC via 2-day priority on 1/25/2021. Today is Jan. 31st, and it still hasn't arrived.

Why do I pay priority Mail price with expected del date of 1/28 and checked it’s at the site on 1/31 and not yet delivered

The worst they loose most packages takes a month to get packages if you do receive them

My package I paid $33 supposed to have arrived Saturday to Maryland is still sitting in Greensboro NC

Certified mail started in Independence, KY on 01/21/21 to Frankfort, KY. It’s now 1/31/21 and the package is now in Louisville, KY. Frankfort KY is two hours from Independence KY. The process seems to be taking way too long.

48755 the staff is exceptional. always friendly and willing to help. I walk with a cane and they often carry out heavier parcels, saying " glad to help."

Post Office is wonderful!
