We have sent many packages to my sister in law in KY. She's in a rehabilitation center. They're almost always a little late by a day or 2. But, this time it's ridiculous. We sent a box out on 22 January 21. 2 to 3 day priority mail. It's been 9 days and no one can find her box. When we check the tracking info, it says it is in transit. What's the problem with you people? Can't anyone who works for the postal service do their job right? Or is it that y'all just don't want to or don't care about the customers. I for 1 am fed up with all the crapy service we the public have to put up with!!!

I understand the pandemic has the system overwhelmed. But really, I sent a box to my daughter in las Vegas, NV early in December 2020 for Christmas. I sent it priority 2 to 3 days. At a cost of $40.xX. My daughter never got her box. No one could find it either. I even called the post office in Las Vegas, they said it had been delivered. I got the box returned to me, about 2 weeks after Christmas. I was very upset. I had to rewrap the box again and resend it, had to pay another $40. She got the box, finally... 2 days late. I think the post office should have sent it free of charge the 2nd time. Or reimbursed me the 1st $40.

From top to bottom...for the last 20 years...the USPS has been filled with incompetent people...not all are incompetent...but just enough to give the USPS a bad name...and frustrate their customers...when can we "Defund You"?

My parcel has been sitting in the same place for over a week now this is unsatisfactory

I have been lived in third world countries. I think USPS is the worst I have ever experienced.

Poor service! Paid extra $75 extra, to get a package with a guarantee delivery of today... and the PO failed to get delivered. I will be seeking a refund.

Wanted to put 0 stars but it won't let me.. I payed for specifically 1 day shipping. I went to the post office on tge 26th. It was supposed to arrive on tge 28th of January I also had to pay a handsomely amount of money too which was unnecessary. It it still hasn't left the post office. It was my anniversary gift for my boyfriends and I's gift for him. Our 1 year is today. January 30th. We were planning to open our gifts for each other on exactly 12am. But that didn't happen. I was so upset that I almost cried. I was so upset. And it takes a hell of a lot to make me cry. So it still hasn't left the office yet. 4 days later it still hasn't arrived. I live in western Massachusetts. He live sin NY Rochester. I am very displeased. I will not do this ever again. Usps yoy have lost a customer. This happens every time I send things out. I am in the to the upmost disappointment. SWND TGE DAMN THING OUT TODAY BEFORE THE. 30TH IS OVER! Which is today its currently 16:51/4:51pm.

I'm so disappointed I mail a over night package which was very important should have arrived at the location by 3:00 pm which never arrived and not only that the price for the mailing has gone up to $31.15 and didn't get there . I will rate this service a O star

Have no problem with usps delivery I get my deliveries on time great people personality very professional which is number 1 in my book
