Efficent service. No problem tracking service

Awful services, you guys loose packages and don't seem to care,

23 dec mailed in n. canton ohio, to cincinnati, 1 30 21 dec not delivered yet, 3 round trips, n canto to cleveland to cincinnati, and still on the move. Been to post office 3 times and no help. Haven't found how to file a claim. Had to stop payment on check, cost $33 and have spent apx 4 or 5 hrs to get this resolved. 1 t0 10 is 00

Nothing you send coming on time anymore

Small parcel sent1/21 with estimated delivery date 1/25 . Checked to see if it made it 1/25 , and it said it would make it by9:00 pm . I knew USPS wouldn’t deliver that late so , I checked and it said it would be delivered later date , still in transit. Where is it in transit? Alaska? It is now Saturday, and it is still in transit, looking it up shows it won’t make it by the 1/25/21 date . Not so great on tracking. I’m hoping that it got to destination without some scans . I sent package to GREECE on Jan 9th it stayed in USA 2 weeks before departing not to GREECE but UK, STAYED there for 4 days before departing for GREECE I HOPE, I PAID $58 premium for speedy and registered delivery ,now 20 days later it isn't anywhere near GREECE yet. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. I THINK THE PACKAGE IS GOING AROUND THE WORLD. NOT FUNNY.

Tracking says package sitting for 5 days

I paid over $17 for 2 day shipping... it's been 4 days and the package is in NY rather than FL.

I mail in excess of 10 packages a week. The time it takes for them to arrive at destination is obscene. Also, many never arrive and I have to file with po on line to try and find them. Also, po employees are no help in providing info, or any help in trying to search for lost, or extreamly late mail sent.

Dropped off a package for return at an Indianapolis UPS store on December 29, 2020. It arrived at the Indianapolis USPS distribution on January 8, 2021. It has been sitting there for 21 days!! No movement!! This is a $160.00 Christmas gift sent back for exchange!! By the time it arrives for exchange, we’ll be in another season and the gift will no longer be needed!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
