I paid for priority delivery twice and it it was delivered late. If your staffing is low why not stop taking money for priority delivery until you all can get it right

What a joke! I spent extra money to send a birthday card priority so it would be there in three days. Now its going to take 8 days to get somewhere that is three hours away? Stop wasting tax payer dollars and shut USPS down!

I have no problem with the USPS

This used to be a great service a few months ago but since then things don’t move for over a week in one spot. Don’t tell me it’s because of the China virus. I could deliver by pony express twice as fast.

Love the USPS, I can mail a package from California to my son in New York City and it's there in 2 days! Fabulous service

I sent a letter from N.C. to Fl. So far it's been 12 days and it's not delivered yet. I could have walked and be back home by now. I am totally disappointed in the mail service.

Completely unacceptable service. I mailed my package on Dec 21,2020 and it has still not arrived. Last communication was Jan 7,2021. Will not mail packages through the post office again. I am giving 1 star only because Ican not give a zero.

The window clerk he was very helpful he help me with finding the best way for my package to be ship and the wait time was really fast

The postal service seems to be deteriorating. None of my Christmas presents arrived on time even though I mailed them a week before the deadline for Christmas arrival. I then mailed another package three weeks after Christmas and that was delivered almost a week after the guaranteed delivery date AND to the wrong house. They didn’t used to be this slow or careless.

Usually good but this time it's very, very slow. It's been a week and it's only gone a few miles. It still has to go most of the way across the dam country.

This site is a joke!! No number to contact anyone!

Usps finally took the package to destination. It took 22 phone calls From December 15 to January 20. Wil not be mailing packages with usps any time soon.
