Service has been destroyed....I’m waiting on a package since1/13/21 It is medicine I need!

Same address they brought one package and they lost three of them

Very slow a package was mailed out on January 4th this is January 27 and still haven't received it yet. Supposedly still stuck in Pennsylvania and it was coming from Michigan

Package 3 days late no courtesy call

I accidentally shipped a big lot if Sweet Valley High books to the wrong person on Ebay. That same day I realized it and went online and retracted it, and because of the weight, it cost about $50.00 to send back to me including the retraction cost. It sat in a postal facility in the town I accidentally shipped it to for 11 days before being sent back. When I received it, I couldn't believe the mail carrier was able to just pick it up and set it on my porch because it was so heavy when I sent it, it was almost too heavy for my strong husband to carry at all. I had previously talked to my local post office about why it was taking so long to get sent back. They gave me a phone number to call, but it's automated and you can't talk to anyone or leave a message. So I opened the box, and about HALF of the books I sent were missing. NO, they didn't get stolen off my porch! THEY WERE STOLEN FROM SOMEWHERE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM!. I was home when it got delivered and took it inside right away. There was nothing I could do, and by the way, I had been following it online, and one day the return postage cost DRASTICALLY changed to a cheaper price. Now I know why. It didn't weigh as much upon return, because SOMEONE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM STOLE HALF THE BOOKS! That's obviously why they sat in the postal system for 11 days. Someone kept them there long enough to open and steal the books.I had the box packed full and neatly. When I got it back all the books were jumbled around. NEVER got ANY resolution to this. Didn't insure it because I have NEVER BEFORE had a problem with books I send media mail getting stolen from INSIDE the postal system.

I paid $7.00 for priority mail signature required on 01/19/2021 at 11:10am and it is now Sunday 01/24/2021 and it just got to your Atlanta Peachtree Dustribution center at 10:33 today. Still not to the customer????

Single worker named john working, 13 people waiting, john went to get help only to be told the person was on lunch an wouldn't help john out terrible conduct employee should be reprimanded an it was 10am

To much money..never deliver on time..from 1 to 10. 0

I don’t understand how you can pay 799 to send a letter priority in the same state and it’s still not there five days later

Tracking package that stays in Florida for days and not moving is not understood.

Have now decided when I want to send out a package I will go to ups I am tired of paying for first class only for my package to be treated 4 th class

I did not receive my package! A packages was not left on my front porch as the e-mail delivery notification stated.
