Poor service! Wait time on phone over an hour to talk with agent!

So slow unbelievable my mail sat in post office 5 days before it moved on. Post office would not answer the phone. Really stop blaming covid for everything. Take responsibility!

A priority package sent from Seattle to St. Louis has taken 5 days. Rediculious.

Always right. On time

I went to the post office in Swansboro, NC and there is a man there in the mornings that is always so pleasant and does such a great job. I love visiting this location because he always makes me leave with a smile. Very good employee!!

Terrible terrible terrible service. Package shipped to me on Jan 4 has been sitting in post office since Jan 6 only 3 miles from my home. And to make make matters worse I can’t even go there and pick it up. Shows what a good strong union working with a bureaucracy will get you. The US is poised to become the next Venezuela. Get ready for food and gasoline lines everybody

A birthday present for my sister was shipped via UPS on Jajuary 8, then given to USPS. It is stuck in Kansas, and has been there since Janyary 11. It is now January 18 and it probably won't arrive in time, if at all. If UPS can still deliver on time, why can't the post office?

it has such a bad service that its workers are unprofessional they are not able to deliver a certified mail for which they are paying the postman unfortunately does not knock on the door
