I sent a parcel 2 day priority and as of today it’s still in route. Mailed on the 13th and today is the 19th.

They always get it here on a good time and never damaged

I usually get my packages on time if not early. I like my new mail mail but I really miss the old one. Can I request him back?

Tracking is always unavailable and movement is slow.

on 8th jan my package was received and accepted by USPS and kept as pending for further process after a several call and follow up I register a service case to locate my package and find on 15th again it is showing in transit . I was fedup with this usps postal . if they are receiving huge package and due to man power shortage the delivery is delay why they have to accept , we have other option of couier who better than USPS . pls dont accept if volume is more than the man power and why it should be ideal I one place. we customer suffers a lot

Package left origin post office on 31 Dec and has sat at destination post office for over two weeks.

Sent from St.louis MO Dec.18th To near Springfield MO arrived today Jan 18t in Sprinfield PO for delivery some time soon. MAYBE. Please tell if that is first class??

10 days and a priority mail 2 day still isn't at destination!!!

Sent a package expedited mail on Dec 21st to Las Vegas and it still has not arrived!!!! Less than 1 star but that was not an option!

Over 19 days and still not delivered?? Need to get rid of Postal Service and privatizes. Amazon and UPS are killing it! Old system needs to go. They could have been number one, however having over paid government employees that do not care about customer satisfaction need to go!!

This pkg has been sitting for 3 weeks in downtown Columbus. This is a return that needs to be there by end of month!!! It was picked up on 12/29/20. What is going on??? This has got to get moving. Is there anyway to come snd get my pkg so I can ship it UPS??

My pkg has been sitting for weeks at your facility. These are returns that need to be there by end of January!!!! I have 4 pkgs with over $400.00 worth of stuff that I need refunded. I will be ticked if your slowness costs me my refunds. I’ll definitely be reporting this, if it’s not remedied

Mailed 1/8 to be delivered 1/12. Tracking and can get no info other than as of 1/12 pkg will be late. No further updates. Very frustrating!!!
