It has been 8 days since I mailed a small package from Tn to NC and my family still doesn't have it. Ridiculous.

Some of the hardest working behind the scene make things happen people anywhere.

Tracking for over two weeks with no update. Shameful when you pay for Priority shipping. Steal your money and loose your package. Want to rate no star!

Poor service! Mailed on a Tuesday from Magnolia TX, paid for 3-day delivery to Tacoma WA. 6 days later it still has not arrived.

Disappointed in the service, when trying to reach someone to talk to is very frustrated, waiting on the phone for three hours is not right. There must be a better way for customers to settle their grievances.

Shipments are always late. I hate when FedEx or UPS hands off to USPS.

wow my package has been sitting in the same location for over a week....its not like I need what I paid express fee for....

Waiting over a month for a parcel made it as far as ny state which is where I live then diverted to state of Virginia . Not good. Doesn't even make sense

Netflix delivery of DVD's horrible! Received DVDs, returned them, and didn't receive another DVD until 12 days later. (January 4 returned, received the next DVDs on 1/16/21) What's the point of having a DVD plan if the USPS cannot deliver the DVD's.

Excellent clerk service. I had some questions on how to best send my package he gave me the best way to get it there for the best price. Tracking information is ok so far. This is for the Levittown, PA office. First class service (no pun intended) as always.

nobody can give me any information on the package i spent $78 dollars to ship on top of the money i spent on the actual item. piss poor service and i can’t do anything about it. how do you specialize in postal service....but can’t deliver packages? please quit your day job.

This does not tell you where the packages every day. It has been seven days and the tracking has not been updated.

I played for priority mail and the package sat in Philadelphia for 3 days it was to be delivered last Friday, it's Monday and it's still not there hopefully this afternoon, this is no way to run the postal service!

Absolutely awful...8 days and still NO PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGE had arrived...New Jersey to Florida. No customer service anymore, just lazy. Disgruntled workers.
