Never again will I use your service, my package has still not been delivered to the address I sent it to, and my children and grandchildren still haven't gotten they're gifts for Christmas's

I’ve mailed several packages that were to be delivered in 3-4 days; all but one package took over 14 days. Something needs to be done about the inefficiencies of the USPS.

2 packages that I paid priority 10 days out been in same place since last Sunday!!!!

Poor delivery service, no one takes responsibility to give answer

Dropped off at North Fort Myers Post Office and it was delivered in 4 days. Very happy with the service

I sent a priority letter from NYC to Emerson, NJ and it took nearly a full week. Outrageous!

My package was sent out to me USPS on the 9 th of December and it is still not delivered. It was to have been a Christmas gift. It is now January 11th still no package.

Quick easy and cheaper than I thought it would be and very friendly customer service representatives

I try to NEVER have packages delivered by the USPS because it's unreliable. Mine was suppose to be delivered by 9pm tonight. It's not coming. It's 935pm. Not coming. Sorry but not a reliable form of delivery. Wish you wouldn't promise a day or time. Sad.

Why is my granddaughters family's Christmas Gifts still in Cinn 60 miles from dayton were I live and mailed them from? On there way to Va were my granddaughters family is???????????

I know the PO has been overwhelmed by Covid, Elections, PMG sabotaging, Xmas. So as a retired PO worker I understand. Hang in there.

Not happy my pkg sent on Dec 30 is still not to its destination on jan 10.

I mailed a Christmas package to a 1 yr old baby on Dec 1, 2020. I paid $7.74 to mail this 4.20 oz. envelope to Florence, AL. The package in now in Atlanta,GA. It should have never bypassed Florence, AL.
