Fairly easy to use app

Delivery service during the pandemic period have been awful and notifications during delivery uncertain. Will give a review again, when things go a little bit Indra control.

This holiday season has been a total disaster for USPS. We had several packages that were very late. We had some packages that started within an hour's drive of our home, but we still don't have them because they have traveled to USPS families throughout the Mid-Atlantic and more to just return to within 20 miles from where they started. Hopefully they have reached Dulles USPS Facility today and will be delivered tomorrow or Tuesday. Not sure what has caused this obvious mis-routing, but it needs to be fixed.

Really disappointed with the service all around sent a pakage almost 2 months ago still hasn't being delivered to top it they don't know where is at all they say is that is in route

They're always late. Another package was supposed to be here yesterday, but again hasn't even made it to their distribution facility which will most certainly push delivery out till Tuesday. Four days late! GRR!

I can't give them a rate i mailed a package on 12/12/20 and it's now 01/10/2021 and my package still haven't been delivered and when i call all i get is it transit that's not an answer it's been almost a month i believe some one from corporate she be able to tell me something

I don’t know what is up with the USPS but they are working themselves right out of existence

I understand the high demand but i dont feel like they try when delivering into gated apartments... There are 3 different ways to get into area.

Much slower than we were told

Haphazard shipping ...package almost to destination, then rerouted west and lingered for a week. Called Postmaster and all he could offer was ”be patient “... very poor service and customer care...

Two weeks late already, my package passed THROUGH the destination, CO Springs and headed to Wyoming.

This service needs revamped totally. Estimated date of arrival is off from days to weeks! And your package makes a tour of the USA on its journey to where you send it! DON’T USE USPS!!!!

It will be February before my 2021 calendar gets here. Ordered 12-26.

Ridiculous! Mailed a priority package on dec.16th. It was finally delivered on dec. 31st .

I love USPS! They have been around for a long time
