I been waiting on a package for a month which the company had to send twice yet I still have not received it

Worthless. Awful Service. Went from Urbana IL. One hour from destination on past to Ohio. Awful system. Paid priority. Never again. Will let everybody I know how awful postal service handles packages. USPS needs to be accountable

Shipped package to client on December 21 and still has not arrived. Sent priority mail. Very sad

Package and mail never on time

A package mailed in Camden, Connecticut on December 23rd arrived in Baltimore, MD in January 2nd. That is 10 days to get there. Two holidays make that at least somewhat understandable. Now it sits in Baltimore since the 2nd of January. Why is it still sitting there? It’s only about 150 miles away from me. Can you tell me why it still sits there?

Will rate again this evening. For now it's 2.5 1 mail hasn't been rcv yet.

sent several priority packages to family members ands all got delayed some haven't ever arrived. Paid extra for deliveries to arrive before Christmas not 3-4weeks later! Very disappointed

It's been almost two weeks ago and my package has still not been delivered and it only had t go 400 miles

I sent a package on December 23,2020 from Afton OK. It was suppose to go to Independence MO. This is the 7th of January & package still not delivered. It took 6 days to get Tulsa, next to Edgerton KS. Supposedly it made it to KCK. I guess when you use Pony Express, you have to let the horses rest before you cross the river to get to KCMO. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Next time I will use UPS!!!!!!

Terrible...sent priority package to the wrong place and took 3 days..was told it would arrive in one or two days.... trying to get an answer from usps and still waiting for a call back

Was a mailman for 32 years, worked with n MB en and women who cared and took pride in their job, your new workforce is trash, look at what your hiring, enough said, it’s DARK days ahead for the P.O. No stars!

I paid for overnight delivery guaranteed to arrive by noon the following day. It is nearly 3 hrs past that time, the customer service number takes forever to maneuver through, elected to have them call me back as the waiting time was more than an hour wait time. It has been 2.5 hours since then and I still have not gotten a call back. I called my city post office and they could not obtain any information other than it left the state distribution center.

How can I find out where a package is that was mailed December 15, 2020 From Woodstock maryland ?
