Still waiting for my son’s Christmas present to get to him that I mailed Dec.11, 2020. Tracking says it’s still in transit.

Priority package sent registered from Diana,TX on 1-4 or 1-5-21 to Gilbert AZ has been sitting in Shreveport La since 1-7-21 WHY? Tracking number is RE340044714US

Mail gets left in wrong mail boxes all time here. I know because I get other people's mail all the time !!

Arrived late,should not take 4days!! Paid for faster service

You have no idea when your package will arrive. Send to the wrong location.

Packages don't arrive when promised, sit in one place for several days during transit, with no updates or warnings! What the heck?

Keep up the good work! We continue to be satisfied with USPS service and our daily interactions with Postal Mail Carriers and at our local Post Office. In heavier use times, there are lines at the Post Office and packages take longer around the holidays. That’s life. All packages have been delivered all across the country. A few have taken longer and a few have arrived early. So, all together, we totally support our postal service and do not want to see it reduced, disbanded or replaced.

Because of your delivery of mail, I got a late charge on my credit card. It took you 8 days to deliver it. They let it pass this time. I mailed this month's Bill priority mail which cost me $7.77. It went out January 4th. Today is the 9th, and it's in Illinois. Took 4 days to get there. Suppose to go to N.C. I pray it gets there by The 11th, or I will be penalized again. Also, with packages, you say "can't find us" or "tried to deliver ". Don't believe any of it. You are up and down our road at least 3 times a week, even to our next door neighbor. We all have the same address except a different house number. Is it laziness, incompetence? Shameful.

USPS has AWFUL service... One month and my package still has not arrived.

It is Saturday the last the tracking shows is from Tuesday so the last 4 days I assume it has sat at the location and not moved. This why people don't use the post office anymore.

I have been served by the USPS for 85 yrs. I have not experienced a single reason to complain about its efficient, friendly and consistent service. Mail is probably the best federal benefit we, the people enjoy and deservedly so. My sincerest thanks to all of its workers.

I have never had so much trouble trying to get something mailed. This has been sent from North Wilkesboro since November 2 and was only going to Kernisville,N.C. and has not gotten there yet. This is a return. I don't think this needs to be blamed on the coronavirus. I would love to know what the problem is.

USPS has always delivered on time for all my packages and mail.

I haven't been able to track my package at all it say this parcel basically still in Chattanooga

A month to get a packages is unacceptable . If you can't deliver a package on time Why accept it?
