USPS reviews

Sent on the 28th of December. Now the 7th of January. Still in Omaha. Wow! Slow as heck!

I mailed a package from Canada to Philadelphia PA on December 12th 2020 and the package is still sitting in a distribution center not being delivered to its destination and today is the 7th of January 2021. WHY??????

Delivery of packages is good and customer services in most post offices

I pay for priority and express mail and they still deliver my pkge late!!!..:(

I sent a package to Kansas city from Southern utah. I watched it on the tracking app and it went to salt lake then to Indianapolis then backtracked to Kansas city. It arrived 8 days later! I even paid more for priority.

It took a long time to get there, since Dec 12,2020 but it made it yesterday. I was in no hurry.

On Dec 16th I paid for priority overnight from the Red Hill, Pa. post office to Norristown, Pa. On Jan 4 it arrived at Leigh distribution center. It is now in transit. I will never again use the Red Hill post office.

I mailed a package to KC, Missouri from Burnet, Texas to be there on 1/4/21. According to tracking it is still in Dallas, TX on 1/7/21

I trust and rely on usps and my packages can always be tracked without any confusion and my packages always arrive on time. A very trustworthy bussiness

There is no tracking information. It just states on the road. Where!!!!!!

Does not give clear tracking information. Information is over a month old from last update.

Can't get any help . My package is late. Don't know what to do.

This site tells you nothing on tracing of a pkg. I sent a pkg with a 2 day delivery charge, but I can’t even trace it. It should be at its destination today

Package should have been delivered still showing in erie getting nervous as usps has lost alot of my packages this holiday
