We have gone to the post office numerous times to pick up our parcel and they can not find it and have failed to call us as promised

Must be going by tortoise from one coast to the other and then back down to Texas

Had a package of medicine sent on dec. 18th from claremore okla. To coweta okla. Somehow ended up in Michigan still waiting on my meds after the first of the year

It is obvious looking at the reviews that service is way down. You can't rely or depend on Priority anymore. I had one that was to take 2 days. Take a week. Hire more people if need be.

Still waiting for items sent Dec 6 2020, poor service since administration's intervention with new Trump people. Business only he can.

4 days to get something that I paid 2 day priority for.

Payed $15 for priority mail delivery that will now be 3 days late, and it being medical supplies .Thanks USPS job well done(sarcastic as I can be).. very dissatisfied, and I want a refund for shipping costs

Absolutely the worse!!! Sent 10 boxes for Christmas! Paid for 2days delivery. Only one box got there before Christmas. Three got them before New Years and today January 6th Four boxes have not gotten to its final destination. Christmas was ruined for a lot of kids this year. What I send them for Christmas is the only thing they get for Christmas. I think I’m more traumatized then the kids. Sooooo sad!!! Don’t sell a service you know you can’t honor and won’t give me my money back!! Never again!

End it amazing how you have to at least have one star when they're absolutely negative I sent the package out the 31st of December is now the sixth and nobody knows where it is it was a check to release a product that I needed the truck is there and nobody can release it because the check is not their it costing me a tremendous amount of money to pay the truck to sit there now I have to find a different way to pay it

I don't know what is going on with usps, but packages are taking 2-3 times longer to deliver than normal. Shipped a package priority on the 2nd and is still sitting in a facility 70 miles from here on the 6th. Very disgusted with service.

Have a package that shipped December 16th still hasn't arrived. It was a Christmas gift!

I sent my package on December 22 it was going to West Chester PA from Fort Lee NJ. and still hasn’t arrived this is ridiculous

How can a pkg be just miles away from it's intended destination and then end up 4 states, 6 states, back to originating state, back to destination state, back to originating state, back to destination state and still not be delivered 29 days after mailed. Not even a full star! Should be none!
