Paid for 2 day and it's been over 3 weeks and I have no idea where my package is. It was my granddaughters first Christmas and she got NOTHING from me plus her dress was in there for family pictures. Ill start using UPS or FedEx.

A package going less then 100 miles away ends up 1000’s of miles away in the opposite away! Left Monson Ma. On Dec 16th headed for the western part of the state ends up in Georgia and it’s the 5th of Jan no update since the 22 of Dec. Yes if I could I would give no stars.

I have several items I purchased in November that were sent USPS and I have yet to receive in January when you track them they were picked up went to a sorting facility and never left

Package was sent out almost a month ago and I still don't have it. Updates are also no longer being entered so I have no idea if I will ever get it

Horrible tracking ! Package sent to distribution center then dissappeared off tracking data base for weeks with no further advance in reporting. Of course pkg is not being tracked but was not delivered.

No excuse for items being undelivered for over two months

It was mailed Dec 16, est. to arrive Dec 21, 2020 and arrived December 26, 2020.-after Christmas. Not acceptable.

I have never had a problem with my packages being delivered. I swear by USPS. I am seeing that many people are not happy due to delays. I always send my packages out way before the Holidays. They get inundated during Holidays.

Package never arrives when my notifications I am given will. Have 5 currently reported to delv on certain day to box and never do. Had to return 3 Christmas gifts for arrived wks late

I use the Post Office on Alpha Rd in Alpha OH 45301-9998. This is a VERY nice little post office. The clerks are always courteous and knowledgeable. Even though I have a post office in Xenia OH where I live, I don't mind driving 5 miles down the road to Alpha. They are much more efficient and I can be in and out in minutes. Not so much in Xenia!

So mad mailed 12 /15 . Still not there yet. Los Ang CA.. should be ashamed. It sat there almost 1 month. I am mad u all knew there was going to be a lot of mail this year. Shame on u . U can't trust USPS AT ALL
