This package was sent out 12 18 20 was sent to Florida then was shipped back to phila on 12 30 18 the package still siting in phila still have not received it service is poor

Another pack never delivered. Never agian 1 month package sat in in Los Angeles. Still not there. UPSET

I mailed these packages 12 /15 about 14 packages. On same day . Same post office. All to same state. RI. CAN I know why 4 have not gotten there yet. Some to same address. And why they sat in los Angeles almost 1 month. I will never use USPS agian . I am so disappointed. Not for Christmas. Not even New Years. They guaranteed Christmas. U all mess up . And we suffer. U knew this would happen. Don't play dumb and say NO. REALLY UPSET

You tell me, mailed a priority mail from Pa. On Dec. 21. Delivered to me Jan 4th. Dont sound like priority to me, how about you!

My registered mail stayed in the system for closed to a month.

Christmas gifts mailed dec 15 2020 still have not arrived jan. 4 2021

I sent something to Florida with an estimated arrival date of 12/21/2020 and as of today 01/04/2021, 14 days later, my package has made it 195 miles. Seriously? WTH?

I ordered a package over one month ago... and it still isn’t here. UPS needs to fix this.

I have had a package lost and not one person from the usps helped in anyway other than letting me know they had seen it in the back but miraculously was not there anymore. Now I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive before Christmas that is stuck in transit and I can’t get any response. I see why people refuse to deal with usps. Maybe someone should take accountability for not doing their job efficiently and stop handing out every excuse imaginable to pardon them for not doing the job they are paid to do. Get it together usps. You’ve become as bad as FedEx and that’s saying something.

I have been waiting on two packages that were shipped at the beginning of December to arrive. Both were sent first class you all really stink. You ruined Christmas for a little boy and for a grandma I hope you're happy with yourselves

Lost packages, no tracking information, just awful

This has been a horrible experience! My package sat at one of your facilities for 30 days! Now it looks like its going to sit more at another facility! I should have received this package a month ago. There is no excuse for this, covid or no covid. I want my package!

Gave you a tracking number for a gift sent to PA. You sent me info on a shirt I bought for myself sent to Jackson which I have received.
