Sent something out from Adel, Ga., 12/4, to Ovid NY. Went to Tallahassee, nobody knows where it is, but it's not lost i am told!!! Was told it would arrive by 12/8, now 1/4, nothing has changed in tracking. I understand being inundated with packages, but, when my granddaughter's Christmas is lost, & you wouldn't allow it to be insured, VERY upsetting to a senior on a fixed income!!!! Simply unacceptable!!

After 2 weeks the package hasn't moved past richmond distribution center, the day after it was shipped from staunton. Even though the expected delivery date was 12/24, I really didn't expect it would arrive on time, but 2 weeks, going to providence, r.i. and it hasn't moved????? Our other 4 packages have been delivered

Packages are not being delivered in a timely manner. Some packages appear to be lost and no one seems to care.

My package was insured, and was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 31, 2020, but it is still in transit at Roanoke, VA.

Sent package back dec 28, bay city post office is still in possession of item....send it back...snail mail

Order has been in Oxford Ms for 5 days..only has to go to munford TN..could have walked it there!!!

More than 22 days to deliver a 2 days priority mail. The package is still I MD since Dec 15, 2020.

28 days after packing was shipped I still don’t have my package. According to tracking, it has been in the same location for 12 days. Guarantee of 5 to 7 day shipping. USPS, your inadequate, embarrassing,

This company stinks my son sent me a gift for Christmas and I still haven't gotten it yet and I don't have much longer to live.

My buddy sent me a gift from PA, USA, to me in Ontario Canada.. and ive been following my package for some reason it went from PA to Richmond to Chicago. At this point its been 3 days and its Dec 31st the day its suppose to arrive to me in Ontario Canada. But its still in Chicago. Than as of yesterday it went right past me and went to Montreal, QC. Can't wait to find out where it'll go next instead of tobmy door step.

Package left on Dec.23,2020 from Canton, OH. Package still has not arrived to Warren,Ohio 44484 just a 40 minute car ride north. Where is the package? Where is it sitting. It has no moved from Canton in over 12 days. What is the hold up.The worst deliver system ever.

This site has NOT updated since December 20th. That is more than 2 weeks behind delivery schedule.

Last 2 items we have ordered came a good 3 weeks later then told. Not sure what the hold up is or was. No notification either.

From New York to North Carolina is not that far. It's been in New York for nearly 2 days.
