My package took a week longer than it was supposed to, to get to the address it had been mailed to. It left east San Diego county. Went to LA on it's way to Oregon then returned to San Diego then no info about package for 4or5 days. Then it appeared in LA again. Then it went to Washington before returning back down in Oregon where it was sent. That is ridiculous. I am so displeased with the process that I don't know what to think. Very unhappy that Christmas presents didn't arrive til almost new years

I work for the postal service. My wife ordered this package at least 3 weeks ago. I put the tracking # in my phone it's saying it does not appear to be a USPS tracking # problem is I tracked it with this # before. Where is my gift? 945509202044001031395

I mailed a package on Dec 14 with expected delivery of the 17th. It is now 30 mins till the 31st and has been in transit from the last facility it was scanned at for 10 days. And that facility is literally a 30min drive from the destination address! My bills came right on time though......

Worst shipping experience ever. Never again most expensive and slowest service of any carrier.

Delivery time is a joke! Expect package 2 weeks late

With the days the way they are, I expected a long wait! Surprisingly, it was short! I was informed the whole time, the app is on it!! I never had a question as to where my package was at any given time! They estimated Jan. 4th, but...December 29th it was here! Thank you, UPS! No worries!

The package was mailed on the 12/18/20 with 2-day priority from Birmingham to Atlanta. Today is 12/29/20 and according to the tracking it is now in Ohio. WTF!!!

My package went from Atlanta to Florida before coming to Va. This was shipped on the 16th of Dec and still has not arrived. Good job USPS...good job.

Packages that needed to get out have been sitting at the origination facility for two weeks. This has happened several times

This is ridiculous! The package I sent out on November 30 hasn’t arrived at the destination. I’m very displeased with customer service as I can’t get ahold of anyone to speak with about the whereabouts of my package. I’ve never given a bad rating score, but I’m over this mess. I give a zero rating, but it won’t submit with that so I’ll give a one.

Very inefficient. Local delivery within 1 mile of post office was routed to 2 different PO centers, Providence RI and Nashua NH before returning to Cape Cod MA. No wonder they are losing money.

My order was placed with Amazon on Dec.12th, 2020. Order was shipped on Dec.13th,2020. As of Dec.30th, 2020 Item is still "In Transit". I don't expect to see it, Ever. USPS is definitely underwater.

I sent priority mail, thinking it was going to get there sooner than regular mail, and to my disappointment, my friend got her gift versus my son which was most important to me. Its more than 8 days and he still hasn't received. So sad and disappointed, whats the use of paying the additional outrageous amount? Really
